The Hillsborough Youth Services Commission functions as a planning and enabling agency for the coordination and development of youth services in the Township of Hillsborough. They provide an open forum to foster communication and coordination of services among local government agencies, businesses, schools, police, clergy, interests, and opportunities which exist in the community.
