ABOUT US The Resolution Run 5K is a product of the “Resolutions For Others Foundation, Inc.”The Foundation is a private, non-profit organization operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the Internal Revenue Code.More specifically, the purposes for which the corporation is organized are: (1)To strengthen, unify and build community spirit and promote healthy lifestyles through recreational activities and events. (2)To raise awareness of community based organizations and to promote the furtherance of their goals through fund-raising activities.
