  • 9:30 AM - Packet Pick Up Opens

  • 10:50 AM - Call to Start Line

  • 11:00 AM - Race Start

  • 12:00 PM - Awards


  • There is no race day registration. The races closes @ 600 participants, no exceptions.


  • Opens @ 9:30 AM

  • Bibs are organized by first letter of your last name

  • The hoody size you requested is on your bib. Volunteers cannot changes sizes. Please don’t ask!

  • Grab your bib, then your goody bag, then your hoody.


  • Carpool if you can!

  • Park in legal spots only around the library and playground area. Parking regulations will be enforced by the Hillsborough Police Department.

  • Do not park on South Branch Road or Beekman Lane

  • Parking can be found on side streets but leave enough time to return to your car, there is no bag check.


  • There is no bag check, please do not leave unattended backpacks in the area for security purposes.

  • Bathrooms are located inside the building on either side of the multipurpose room.

  • Your bib must be visible and front facing during the race, especially if you want pictures.

  • No bandits please, this is a charity event and your participation as an unregistered participant messes up the timing.

  • Faster runners should line up towards the front, walkers towards the back. 25 people ran a sub 7 minute mile last year, they should be on the front line.

  • There are no water stops on the course, bring what you need.

  • Mile 1 and Mile 2 will have clocks.

  • Course is marked with arrows, cones and will have course marshals at major turns. It’s okay to thank them!

  • The race is timed according to “Gun Time” meaning your finishing time will be the actual time between when we all start and when you finish.

  • Be smart when running on roads open to traffic.

  • Be courteous to any vehicles you see. They likely belong to residents who live alone the course. Wish them a “Happy New Year” and defer to them.

  • Consider bringing a non perishable food, toilet or cleaning item that we can donate to the Hillsborough Food Bank that is on site.

  • Vintage hoodies will be on sale $10 and runners gloves for $2. Cash or check only please.

  • Do you love our causes? Project Graduation, Rock Steady Boxing, Carol’s Cats and Grayhounds of NJ! Bring a check payable to the Resolution for Others Foundation race day and drop it off at our info table! Even simpler, donate now.

  • Remember, if you raise $100, we refund your registration. There is still time to ask 10 friends to donate $10. All it takes is a click and save as we already wrote your letter.

  • Please patronize all our incredible sponsors in 2020 who make this 5K possible.


  • Cross the finish line, get your finisher’s ribbon and head back to the warm multi-purpose room for water, pretzels and fruit. (1 hot pretzel each please!)
